Middle school girls from Berkley could face up to 20 years for threats

Two Berkley girls are being held at the Oakland County Children’s Village Facility. The 13-year and 14-year-olds are charged with plotting to kill 31 students and teachers at Anderson Middle School. They say it was a joke.

They are due in court on June 8th for a pretrial hearing on charges that could send them to prison for up to 20 years.
