A former Spanish teacher from Bishop Foley High School has plead guilty to a lesser charge of having a sexual relationship with an underage male student. 30 year old Kathryn Ronk of Birmingham plead guilty to two counts of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct and faces a July 1 sentencing in Macomb County court. In March, Ronk was sentenced to six to fifteen years in prison in Oakland County after she was found guilty on a long list of criminal sexual conduct charges, including rape.
