A candidate running for mayor in Flint is becoming a media darling. Giggles the pig is running for mayor–saying she’s never been convicted of a crime and doesn’t waste money. The man behind Giggles is Flint attorney Michael Ewing, Giggles is his pet pig. He says he’s fed up with Flint politics. The latest mistake has kept all candidates off the ballot because of a mix up at city hall over a filing deadline.
As for the other candidates–Ewing says they aren’t up to snuff. Giggles is quickly accumulating likes on her Facebook page. Ewing says he hopes this sheds light on the seriousness of this election.
