Red Wings-Lightning playoff schedule: First-round series will start Thursday at Tampa Bay

The Detroit Red Wings’ Eastern Conference quarterfinal playoff series with the Tampa Bay Lightning will start Thursday at Amalie Arena.

The NHL has released the entire first-round playoff schedule as follows:

Game 1: Thursday at Tampa Bay, 7:30 p.m. (CNBC, Sportsnet, TVA Sports)

Game 2: Saturday at Tampa Bay, 3 p.m. (NBC, CBC, TVA Sports)

Game 3: Tuesday, April 21 at Detroit, 7 p.m. (NBCSN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports)

Game 4: Thursday, April 23 at Detroit, 7 p.m. (NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports)

x-Game 5: Saturday, April 25 at Tampa Bay, TBD

x-Game 6: Monday, April 27 at Detroit, TBD

x-Game 7: Wednesday, April 29 at Tampa Bay, TBD
