Why Was Detroit Shooter Not in Jail?

A man who shot 3 people and savagely beat a 3 year old girl in a hate spree in Detroit may be charged today. This man shouldn’t have been on the streets, but was given a low bond by a Wayne County judge for his latest criminal charges.
The suspect went before judge Bruce Morrow in May when the state prison system recommended that the man be put in jail because of a probation violation. This man has a number of charges and convictions of violence.
Judge Morrow gave the man a low bond and the man walked free.
Chief Craig says this man should have been in jail.

The man skipped court dates on the domestic violence charge. Two of the victims are in critical condition. He also beat a toddler girl and knocked out several of her baby teeth.
