RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan released its latest housing report for the metro Detroit area. Southeast Michigan continues to buck national trends with year-over-year home sales on the rise. Nationally, home sales are down 8.6 percent.
The latest report also evidences signs of Detroit’s continued comeback — City of Detroit home prices are up 48.6 percent over last year.
