The live-in boyfriend of an accused terror suspect in Toledo has been arrested.
Vincent Armstrong was taken into custody by federal agents at the home he shared with Elizabeth Lecron. Lecron is charged with planning pipe bomb attacks. Armstrong and Lecron reportedly kept journals which include their interest in terrorist activities. The U-S attorney’s office says
Lecron told an FBI informant that she wanted to commit mass murder at a Toledo bar, damage a livestock farm and set the livestock free, and link up with other “anarchists” to form a team. She also talked with the informant about blowing up a pipeline.
They say Armstrong wrote about his desire to kill people.
