A final conference is set for today in the case against former Michigan State Police Trooper Mark Bessner.
He is charged with 2nd degree murder in a fatal ATV crash that killed 15 year old Damon Grimes. last summer.
Bessner shot the youth with his taser as he was riding in the street.
Grimes crashed his vehicle and was killed.
Bessner is scheduled to go on trial on August 20th.
