A little bit more about Calvin…
When I reflect on a moment that I am proud of, I think of…
“I think of those around me. Professionally, as I watch my mentees face challenges, grow their strengths, and build their careers, I have great pride in the role I had helping them achieve their goals. That is to say, drawing on my experiences and skills and sharing them in a way that allows other to learn, is very rewarding for me.”
As I continue to grow, I am hopeful for…
“A community that grows with me. As I excel in my career, I want my community around me to grow along too. A rising tide raises all ships. Also, a Lions Super Bowl!“
During my free time, I …
“Like to spend time with my wife, our two kids, and two dogs. I also enjoy all types of water sports, and try to expand my interests through learning how to do home improvement projects around the house. In the fall, you can find me cheering for the Lions!”
If I could give advice to my 20-year-old self, I would say…
“Keep doing what you’re doing. You have a lot of questions and uncertainty, but so does everyone else. You’ve been equipped with the tools that will get you where you want to go.“
