DENISE ILITCH
Denise Ilitch is a distinguished entrepreneur, attorney, and community advocate from Detroit, Michigan. She is the daughter of Mike and Marian Ilitch, the founders of Little Caesars Pizza. Denise earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit.
Denise has played significant roles in her family’s enterprises, including serving as vice-president of Little Caesar Enterprises and president of Ilitch Holdings, which oversees the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, and other family ventures. She also owns and publishes Ambassador magazine and operates Denise Ilitch Designs.
Her dedication to community service is evident through her founding of Ilitch Charities for Children and the establishment of the Denise Ilitch Scholarship at Walsh College, aimed at supporting women in higher education. Since 2008, Denise has been a member of the University of Michigan Board of Regents, where she focuses on making education more affordable and accessible.
