KEN BROWN | EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Ken Brown is the executive producer of “The Mitch Albom Show,” heard weekdays at 760 WJR from 5 to 7 p.m. Ken has been in the entertainment industry for nearly 45 years, and has been the “funny man” alongside Mitch Albom since 1996.

Being a part of the longest running radio show in the Detroit area and the winner of three awards from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, Ken Brown has mastered the broadcast and television industry.

As a natural-born entertainer, Ken started his career as a cast member of the Motor City Improv group, eventually earning himself spots at famed comedy stops such as the Comedy Store, The Improv, Zanies, and the Comedy Castle. He also appeared in A&E‘s “Comedy on the Road,” “Star Search,” and BET‘s “Comic View.”

Ken has also appeared in three films; “Renaissance Man,” “The Dream Team,” and “Have a Little Faith” and from 2002 – 2003, he was the host of American Black Journal.
