From her 16 years on Detroit City Council, to founding the Citizen Detroit nonprofit focused on civic engagement, Sheila has consistently championed informed, active participation in democracy. Her work has transformed the way citizens interact with local government, and she continues to inspire generations to contribute to the community and give back. She is this week’s All Talk All Star.
