At least 11 people have died in severe flooding in the Midwest. Authorities in Missouri say six people died in two different accidents where cars were driving through floodwaters and were swept away. Pulaski County Sheriff Ronald Long says in one incident at least 4 people were killed Saturday night when their car hit floodwaters. Two bodies were recovered Saturday night, two others were found on Sunday. Missouri Governor Jay Nixon declared a State of Emergency after heavy rains and floods slammed the state.
