The National Hurricane Center says Joaquin has strengthened into a Category 4 hurricane. The storm is now packing sustained wind of 130 miles per hour and his located over the Bahamas. Some forecast models have the hurricane slamming into Virginia, Maryland or North Carolina this weekend, while others predict it will spin back out into the Atlantic.
