DETROIT, MICH. ~ Detroit Lions’ linebacker Jack Campbell went limp on the field in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s 19-15 win over the Minnesota Vikings and was strapped to a backboard and transported to a local hospital for evaluation of a serious neck injury.
Campbell was reportedly alert and breathing while being carted off the field, and the Lions shared an update Sunday night that Campbell would remain resting in the hospital overnight for more tests.
