Mammograms play a critical role in the early detection of breast cancer, helping identify potential concerns before symptoms appear and when treatment can be most effective. In recognition of National Mammography Day, 760 WJR will present a special live broadcast from the SAY Detroit Family Health Clinic on Thursday, October 15, from 2-4 p.m. Join WJR’s Jamie Edmonds and 96.3 WDVD’s Lauren Crocker for an important conversation about breast cancer awareness, the value of routine screenings, and the impact early detection can have on outcomes. Featuring survivor stories and expert insight, this special program will highlight the resources, partnerships, and community efforts helping connect more women throughout Metro Detroit with life-saving screening opportunities and breast health services.
