No Retrial Date Set in Lindsay Clancy Case as Status Conference Concludes

PLYMOUTH, MASS. ~ Lindsay Clancy was back in court Tuesday for the first time since her trial ended in a mistrial earlier this month.

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz announced after the hearing that there has been no decision on the retrial of Clancy.

The next hearing will take place on Nov. 2. Clancy is accused of murdering her three children in January 2023.
