DETROIT ~ MyFlight Helicopter Tours opened its headquarters at Coleman A. Young International Airport at a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday attended by Mayor Mary Sheffield.
MyFlight offers private helicopter tours in six U.S. locations, including Mackinac. The new 12,000-square-foot Detroit headquarters includes a lounge area and bar for preflight experience and events.

Owners Cassandra and Sergio Troiani thanked their teams for their dedication since the site’s groundbreaking in April 2025. Director of Detroit City Airport Jason Watt called the headquarters a “monumental accomplishment” for the airport. The facility is a contribution to ongoing airport revitalization efforts.
Mayor Sheffield said the opening marks a new chapter for Coleman A. Young International Airport and the broader Detroit community. “This is exactly the kind of innovation and investment that we want to see in our city,” she said. “One that creates jobs, attracts visitors, supports our local economic activity, and gives people new reasons to explore the beautiful neighborhoods of our city.”
