WASHINGTON D.C. ~ President Donald Trump will address the nation Thursday evening in a primetime address, with speculation swirling over what he will talk about.
The televised speech, scheduled for 9 p.m., is widely speculated to focus on elections, with Trump possibly rehashing election conspiracies from the 2020 general election. This comes amid a critical midterm election year that could see the House and Senate switch from GOP control to Democratic control, with the GOP possibly looking to pass more voting regulations before the general elections.
Trump told reporters that the speech will contain “very big news” and that “It doesn’t get bigger, because without free and fair elections, you don’t have a country.“
