CHINA ~ President Donald Trump will travel to Beijing this week for a two-day summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping, with the U.S.-Israel-led war on Iran smoldering in the background.
As the U.S. and Iran enforce blockades in the Strait of Hormuz amid a fragile ceasefire, Trump and several CEOs will travel to China for the summit, the country being one of Iran’s top allies. Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Apple CEO Tim Cook will be among the top guests of Trump’s trip.
The two superpower leaders are expected to talk about the Iran War, Taiwan, and trade policies.
