May 1, 2026 ~ Chris Renwick and Lloyd Jackson spoke with EVP of Basketball Operations for the Detroit Pistons Michael Blackstone. They discussed the Pistons’ performance and strategy as they face Orlando in a win-or-go-home game.
ORLANDO, FLA. ~ In the biggest match of the season for both teams, the top seeded Detroit Pistons and eight seed Orlando Magic are both dealing with injuries for Friday night’s Game 6.
Orlando will be without forward and former Michigan star Franz Wagner, who also missed last game with a right calf strain. Detroit forward Tobias Harris participated in today’s shootaround but remains questionable for tonight’s contest with an ankle injury. Shooting guard Kevin Huerter also is listed as questionable for the Pistons with a left adductor strain.
Tip off from the Kia Center for this critical Eastern Conference first round duel is set for 7 p.m. on Amazon Prime Video.
If the Pistons win, the series will go back to Detroit for a win-or-go-home Game 7 on Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
