ARLINGTON COUNTY, VA. ~ Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Gen. Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff shared an update to the media on U.S. military operations in Iran Tuesday morning from the Pentagon. Hegseth claimed that the U.S. will launch the most intense airstrikes of the 11-day old war against Iran on Tuesday. This threat comes after United States President Donald Trump stated that the conflict could be over shortly on Monday. Iran has not backed down yet despite Trump’s comments, as they attacked Israel and the Gulf, killing a 29-year-old woman in Bahrain Tuesday morning.
