Cartel Retaliatory Violence in Mexico Delays Flights, Leaves U.S. Residents Stranded

MEXICO ~ The White House admitted to providing intelligence to the Mexican military to help kill prominent cartel leader Nemesio Oseguera, sparking retaliatory violence from cartel members in multiple areas in the country.

Oseguera was the most wanted cartel boss in Mexico, leading the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Multiple U.S. citizens are currently stranded at resorts and hotels, and flights to and from Puerto Vallarta have been delayed.
