TUCSON, AZ ~ FBI Director Kash Patel released images on social media Tuesday afternoon, believed to depict a suspect in the disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie.
The elderly mother of “Today” anchor Savannah Guthrie has been missing since Feb. 1, with the FBI investigating the case as a potential kidnapping due to a ransom letter and evidence of a break-in at her home near Tucson. The photos depict a person in a ski mask, and were grabbed from footage taken by Nancy Guthrie’s doorbell camera.
“Working with our partners – as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie’s front door the morning of her disappearance,” Patel wrote. “Anyone with information, please contact 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit tips.fbi.gov.“
