MINNEAPOLIS, MN ~ After a change of ICE leadership was announced Tuesday, the chief federal judge in Minnesota has ordered acting director of ICE Todd Lyons to appear before him Friday to avoid contempt as the Trump administration has failed to hold hearings for detained immigrants.
