DETROIT, MI ~ The Detroit Lions (5-3) weren’t sharp on either side of the ball in a 27-24 loss to the Minnesota Vikings (4-4) Sunday afternoon, committing 10 penalties for more than 75 yards at costly moments while allowing five sacks in the NFC North showdown. Former University of Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy played a big role in leading Minnesota to their first win at Ford Field since the 2020 season. WJR Digital Sports Reporter Nick Lundberg caught up with Lions’ cornerback Terrion Arnold after the game, in a day where he recorded his first career interception, as Detroit will face the Vikings again on Christmas Day.
