BUDAPEST ~ An expected summit on the Ukrainian War between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin is now off following a call between Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Trump announced the meeting last week, without an official date set, but the White House announced Tuesday that the meeting was now off due to disagreements between the two leaders over how to end the war in Ukraine. This comes two months after Putin and Trump met in Alaska.
