Someone opened fire at a block party, killing a man and wounding 9 others. There were hundreds of people at the party. Police are frustrated that no one is talking. It happened at about 8:30 Saturday night near a basketball court at Dexter Avenue and Webb Street. The person killed was a 20-year-old man that police believe may have been the intended target. The wounded are seven men and three women who appear to have been caught in the crossfire. One of those victims, a 46-year-old man, is in critical condition. Anyone with information is urged to call Detroit police or can call crime stoppers anonymously at 1-800-SPEAK-UP
