Beer, bodies, and boats are gathered at Gull Island for the annual Jobbie Nooner in Lake St. Clair. Law enforcement will be watching very closely. They allow drinking and some debauchery, but blatant drunkeness and drunk boating are illegal, and the deputies and the coast guard will try to clamp down on that. The water is higher than normal this season.
