Drunk Driving Death Trial

A court hearing is scheduled for today for a Detroit man charged driving drunk with a suspended license with his 9 year old son in the car.

But there was a bigger problem.

30 year old J-C Hogan hit another car at Van Dyke and East Seven Mile.

The 62 year old driver of that car was killed.
