The Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning of possible dangers from Falls Creek infant and toddler hoodies sold at Meijer stores.

The zipper can come loose and pose a choking danger.

Meijer has begun a voluntary recall of the items.

Those who have the product can return it to the nearest Meijer store for a full refund.
