An investigation is underway in the shooting of a man by Shelby Twp. police outside of an apartment complex over the weekend. Police say 25 year old Kanwahbir Malhi had a stolen car and threatened officers, telling them he had a gun. Police say an officer fired to stop the man’s aggressive actions. Malhi was killed. It’s unclear if he had a gun.
