The average daily gas price in Michigan increased by about seven cents for the second consecutive week. Metro Detroit’s average gas price is now about $3.01.
The average price of gas in Michigan last week was about $3.00 per gallon.
Michigan’s lowest average price was in the Traverse City area for the second straight week where it was about $2.90 per gallon.
The Ann Arbor area had the highest average price for the fourth straight week where it was $3.05 per gallon.
