DETROIT, MICH. ~ It has been a decade since the Detroit Lions have played a game overseas, but that streak will finally end in 2026 as Detroit announced Tuesday morning that the team will head to Germany for a regular season home game. Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has drawn a large fanbase in Germany, as his mom was born in Cologne, helping him become a fluent German speaker. The opponent and date for the game has yet to be released, but the Lions know they will have left tackle Taylor Decker available as he announced his return for an 11th season with the team Tuesday afternoon.
