DETROIT, MICH. ~ Less than a month before United States President Donald Trump threatened the opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge, his MAGA Inc. political action committee received $1 million from Matthew Moroun, according to The Detroit News. Moroun, the owner of the Ambassador Bridge, also reportedly met with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Feb. 9. Lutnick, according to the New York Times, then told Trump after the meeting that the Gordie Howe Bridge was not a good deal for the U.S.
