USA Men’s Hockey Dominates Slovakia, Advances to Gold Medal Showdown Against Canada

MILAN, ITALY ~ U.S.A. men’s hockey cruised to a 6-2 victory over Slovakia in the semifinals of the Winter Olympics Friday afternoon. U.S. forward and Michigan native Jack Hughes led the way with two goals, while fellow Michigan native and Detroit Red Wing center Dylan Larkin recorded the first score of the day in the rout. With the win, the U.S. will meet rival Canada in the gold medal game Sunday morning. Puck drop is set for 8:10 ET.
