Millions of People Use ChatGPT to Ask Medical, Health Insurance Questions

Jan. 6, 2025 ~ Jason Joseph, chief digital and information officer for Corewell Health, joins Kevin Dietz to discuss how ChatGPT is helping users navigate health care and health insurance.

A recent report from OpenAI, the creators of ChatGPT, found that their service receives about 2 million questions weekly regarding health insurance. Over 40 million users also turn to ChatGPT for general health advice, particularly outside of clinic hours.
