MICHIGAN ~ Michigan will see a busy 2026 midterm election season, with multiple major seats up for grabs. Both the governor’s office and one of Michigan’s U.S. Senate seats will see incumbents Gretchen Whitmer and Gary Peters leave their respective offices following the midterm elections. The positions for secretary of state and attorney general will also be up for grabs.
