DETROIT, MI ~ The Michigan Senate has approved to increase license fees for local fishers and hunters. The increase is expected to bring in tens of millions of dollars of revenue. This is the first time the state has made an increase in these fees in over a decade. The bill still needs to cleared by the House and the governor before it goes into place.
