LENAWEE COUNTY, MI ~ John Skelton, a Morenci, Michigan man whose three sons went missing in 2010, has been charged with counts of open murder and tampering with evidence.
The charges came two weeks before Skelton, 53, was set to be released from prison, where he was serving time on charges for not returning the boys to their mother, Tanya Zuvers. The children, Alexander, Andrew, and Tanner, were all under 10 years old when they went missing on Nov. 25, 2010, and were declared legally dead by a judge earlier this year.
