Lawsuits Filed Against DMC Hospital In Connection with Nurse Accused of Sexually Assaulting Patients

DETROIT ~ New lawsuits have been filed against Detroit Medical Center‘s Sinai-Grace Hospital, claiming that the hospital systematically failed to protect patients from a predatory nurse. Wilfredo Figueroa-Berrios, 47, has been accused of assaulting patients at the hospital.
