SOUTH KOREA ~ During a meeting on Wednesday in South Korea, U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping said they reached an agreement to ease back on their trade war. Trump said he would reduce tariffs on Chinese goods by 10%, with Jiping agreeing to purchase more U.S. soybeans and pause export controls on rare earths.
