JAMAICA ~ At least one is dead in Jamaica after Category 5 Hurricane Melissa made its way through the country Tuesday. Developments continue to unfold so there is no official death count yet, but flooding and landslides will cost the country $22 billion in damages, according to AccuWeather. The strongest hurricane to ever grace the island in the 174 years of data analysis has left thousands of residents in shelters without power.
