WASHINGTON D.C. ~ There is no end in sight for the ongoing federal government shutdown that entered its third week on Tuesday, further delaying flights and paychecks for federal workers. The Senate will meet once again for a House-approved bill that would temporarily reopen the government, but it is expected to fail due to Democrats voicing opposition due to the budget not extending Affordable Care Act tax credits, the main sticking point in the negotiations.
