Former Judge Gerald Rosen Publishes Book on Navigating Detroit’s Bankruptcy

Dec. 4, 2024 ~ Gerald Rosen, former U.S. district chief judge, has a new book called “Grand Bargain” which takes a look at Detroit’s journey from bankruptcy to rebirth, during which he helped the city navigate the turbulent times of bankruptcy. He joins Marie Osborne to share more about avoiding selling pieces from the Detroit Institute of Arts and bringing together opposing parties to solve the crisis of bankruptcy.
