Brooke Adams is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for community service and philanthropy. She currently serves as the Philanthropy Director at Life Remodeled, a Detroit-based organization focused on neighborhood revitalization.
Brooke joined Life Remodeled in 2018 and has since been instrumental in planning two of the organization’s largest regional events: the Six Day Project and Prom Remodeled. These events, which involve thousands of volunteers and guests, have significantly contributed to the growth and impact of Life Remodeled.

(CONTINUED) Prior to joining Life Remodeled, Brooke worked at Methodist Children’s Home in Redford as the chief development officer and at Whaley Children’s Center in Flint, focusing on fundraising efforts. She started her career at Central Michigan University (CMU), her alma mater, in recruitment and retention.
In addition to her professional roles, Brooke is actively involved in various community organizations. She serves as a board member for the Detroit Economic Club, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint, and the Detroit Women’s Featherbowling Club. She also volunteers at the Ss. Peter & Paul Jesuit Church in Detroit.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys playing golf, tennis, slowpitch softball, and featherbowling. She also loves trying out new restaurants in Detroit and spending time with her family, especially her twin sister.
Brooke’s dedication to her community and her commitment to making a positive impact have been recognized with several awards, including the Crain’s Notable Women in Nonprofits (2022), the Grand Blanc High School Distinguished Alumni Award (2023), and the Holy Family Catholic School Distinguished Alumni Award (2024).
