October 9, 2022 ~ The Michigan State Spartans continued their losing streak Saturday, dropping to 2-4 after a troubling 49-20 loss to Ohio State.

Hope came early in the second quarter when the Spartans engineered an 18-yard touchdown pass to Jayden Reed, bringing the green and white to within eight. Upward momentum unfortunately stopped there, as MSU proceeded to give up 28 consecutive points, clearing out both the hopes of victory and the stands. The Spartans are now 0-3 in Big 10 play for the first time in the Mel Tucker era.

I’m obviously very disappointed in the outcome of the game,” said MSU Football Coach Tucker in his brief press conference opener. “I’m not really happy right now.
