DETROIT, September 14, 2022 ~ President Biden was in Detroit today for a preview of the North American International Detroit Auto Show. Flanked by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Senator Debbie Stabenow, Congresswoman Debbie Dingle, and other notable Michigan officials, the President took a CEO-guided tour through a revived show that was packed with the Motor City’s latest EV offerings.

The great American road trip is going to be fully electrified … whether you’re driving the coast along I-10, or on I-75 here in Michigan,” said Biden.

It used to be that to buy an electric car, you had to make all sorts of compromises. But not now … thanks to American ingenuity, American engineers, American autoworkers … it’s all changing.

The North American International Detroit Auto Show runs September 16 through 25 at Detroit’s Huntington Place. Learn more at NAIAS.com.
