LANSING, January 18, 2022 ~ The Michigan Democratic Party is facing scrutiny over a Facebook post that diminished the role of parents in public education.The post stated that public schools should teach their children, “what society needs them to know,” and that the “client of the public school is not the parent.” The post has since been deleted from the Michigan Democratic Party’s page.760 WJR Senior News Analyst Marie Osborne talks to 760 WJR‘s Paul W.
