LAS VEGAS, January 4, 2022 ~ The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) returns this week to the Las Vegas Convention Center after a one year hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. More than 2,100 global technology companies are expected to showcase the latest in digital health, food tech, cryptocurrencies, gaming, smart home, and automotive.
Due to a recent surge in COVID-19 cases, a number of high-profile vendors have made last minute decisions to cancel their in-person appearances. This includes General Motors, who has instead elected virtual events for both their Silverado EV reveal and CEO Mary Barra’s keynote address.
